The Biggest Value In Marketing

John Luginbill

Usually the best value in marketing is simply reminding your employees who you really are as an organization: what you value internally and what value proposition you bring your customer.

When you truly identify the company value, then honestly communicate it to the team, the employee team will live the value prop everyday and the customers will learn and feel the value with each interaction.  That’s the best marketing ever.

How do you know if “you really are what you say you are?”  Ask your employees. There is an old adage: You can fool the people you work for, but you can’t fool the people who work for you. The employees who work for the organization are the best gage of what is really true about the company and the product. So for the best value in marketing: survey your employees then develop messages for them before you waste money sending false messages to your clients and prospects.
