A suburban hospital needed to increase low volumes in their cath lab while supporting their brand focused on community. We developed a playful 4-week competition among the four major towns in the market, driving 372 pre-episode targets to take an online heart evaluation. The consumer gained a point for their town, and peace of mind. The hospital gained dozens of new cardio patients.
